In view of the positive impact Real Estate Help has had on our business since we joined, it would be an injustice to you if I did not take this unsolicited opportunity to express my appreciation of not only the system you provide but also your expertise in delivering it.

As you know, our office has always been training orientated and over the years we have been involved with various training groups including some of the more high profile ones so I feel well qualified to pass judgement on the Real Estate Help system.

After the initial training day with you, our team members embarked on a set schedule of role plays using the material, chapter and verse, that you trained them on and supplied them with. It did not take long before the results were evident.

Their listing success rate improved dramatically and equally important they began listing properties at prices close to the market value culminating in quicker sales and in many cases obviating the need for price reductions. Of course, our existing listings at the time of joining Real Estate Help,many of which were over-priced, also received the Real Estate Help approach to price reductions and were soon the subject of sales.

We’re finding our team members are approaching prospective vendors with far more confidence knowing they have the presentation skills and presentation material and listing support systems to offer that are not only original but unique to them and can offer clients something that none of our competitors can. The training sessions are well paced with your ability to impart information in a stimulating way and your infectious passion as a trainer ensuring participants’ interest is maintained. Your core module approach to training is innovative and allows team members to practice and hone their skills on a specific issue before moving to and perfecting the next module, taking a lot of the stress away normally associated with training.
