Just  a quick thank you for your coaching over the last six months. It has had a very positive impact on my listings and sales results and an overall understanding of the systems we require in order to achieve an excellent result in client service.

The Real Estate Help seminars have resulted in reducing the time my property listings spend on the  market, and having the system of vendor management also prepares clients for the process of moving forward. This documented and personalised procedure reduces the stress levels of all concerned.

From goal setting, prospecting and time management to the listing presentation, the plan for communicating with vendors and the skill of getting the price right has resulted in my listings turning to SOLDS in a much quicker time frame.

I would also like to thank you for your assistance over the phone or via email. Its good to have that third party coach when you need one.
