Wayne Wheeler grows on you!

We thought he was a bit full on when we first met him and we knew he had been very successful as a real estate agent, but we never really knew him as a person, so I suppose we prejudged him.

This is my opinion now.

Wayne is a dedicated real estate person who is showing us the way to turn our business around. The training is great, but it is Wayne's dedication that is most infectious!

Our newest recruit, Neal, has showed a marked improvement in his listing. He has followed the system to the best of his ability and resources available to him in our office. So I have to say it is the system responsible for his good results.

I honestly never expected to see such a turnaround in his listing ability as he is a very inexperienced salesperson. He was missing every listing he appraised, since he implemented the system he is listing 100%. Now, I know he is not going to get them all, but the turnaround has had a great impact on our business and we are all now implementing training times to polish our skills and continue with REAL ESTATE HELP.
