Just a short note to thank you for all your help over the past couple of months.

As you know, our office has been receiving training for many years now from other trainers.

Our newest staff member attended her first full listing presentation earlier this month, listed the property, and it has already sold. Agents brag about this sort of thing all the time. The difference was that the property sold for $42,000 less than the asking price the vendors wished to list for.
